Delighted with my new Merino Wool running shoes and the excellent Giesswein customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from their website in the future.

Great product! Bought them 2 years ago and wanted to wait with the review and now's the time! They're very comfortable, a friend of mine described it as walking on clouds. My insole is wearing off a bit, a tiny bit isn't held by the glue anymore but overall, it's still fine. I can feel that my big toe made a bit of an ident at the tip of the shoe from the inside. At the edge of the inside where you slide your foot in, the material isn't held as good anymore by the stiches, had to stich it up about 1 cm on each shoe. The sole is used, you can see a bit of a hole on one shoe. I am walking a lot and do some running so I would say that this shoe survived a moderate-active life for the past 2 years. I had other, more expensive shoes that were not usable after just one year. I won't buy new shoes yet but the next one will be Giesswein for sure.

The merino shoes are very comfortable and look very good. I found for my feet that they lacked a little support on the inside under the ankle which did not detract from the comfort. They have the advantage of being washable in a warm machine wool wash and I am very sorry that they weren't perfect on my foot. I can certainly recommend the runners for looks and comfort.

The only shoe I can wear

I bought the merino wool runners 3 years ago and I LOVE them - so comfortable especially without socks and even in a hot climate. They wash well and would definitely recommend. I would love to buy another pair but want the anthracite colour- they have been out of stock for months and months - any plans to restock please ???

I own the red, pink, and black. These are the perfect shoe for me. I have a bunion and hammer toe. The shoes fit perfectly. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Worth every penny. Size US 9.
